UAB vs. LT: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAAF game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the UAB vs. Louisiana Tech football game
Game Recap
The Louisiana Tech Bulldogs had a rough go of it October of last year when they matched up with the UAB Blazers and had to endure more of the same on Saturday. Louisiana Tech was within a late touchdown of stealing the win, but they took the "L" against UAB 20-14.
No one had a big game offensively for UAB, but they got scores from TE Gerrit Prince and RB Lucious Stanley. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse LB Kristopher Moll, who racked up nine tackles.
Like UAB, the Bulldogs didn't have any clear offensive standouts, but they got scores from WR Isaiah Graham and WR Smoke Harris.
Louisiana Tech's overall record now falls to 8-2. UAB's victory brought them up to 7-3.
Louisiana Tech will take on the UTSA Roadrunners at 3:30 p.m. ET next week at Joe Aillet Stadium. Expect nothing less than a spirited contest between these two teams hoping to trade a recent L for a W. As for the Blazers, they will go up against the North Texas Mean Green at 4 p.m. ET at Apogee Stadium. North Texas took a loss in their last game and are no doubt out to reverse UAB's good fortune.
