The UAB Blazers won the last time they faced the Tulane Green Wave, and things went their way on Saturday, too. The Blazers came out on top against Tulane by a score of 28-21. The team accrued 21 points in the first half and coasted on those for the victory.
The matchup brought UAB to 3-1 and dropped Tulane to a mirror-image 1-3.
UAB will take on the Liberty Flames at 7 p.m. ET next Saturday at Protective Stadium. Liberty took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse UAB's good fortune. As for the Green Wave, they will face off against the East Carolina Pirates at 3:30 p.m. ET next Saturday at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.
