Live scores, highlights and updates from the Tulane vs. Temple football game
Game Recap
The Tulane Green Wave had to suffer through a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They steamrolled past the Temple Owls 38-3 at home. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Green Wave had established a 24-3 advantage.
The victory improved Tulane's record to 3-4. This is the second loss in a row for Temple and nudges their record down to 1-3.
Tulane will square off against the East Carolina Pirates at noon ET next week at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. Tulane will have the chance to boost their scoring average against an East Carolina defense that has allowed 37 points per game on average. Temple will be playing at home against the SMU Mustangs at noon ET next week. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
