Arch Manning and the 11th-ranked Texas Longhorns face the fifth-ranked Georgia Bulldogs in a key SEC matchup on Saturday that could go a long way in deciding if either team can make the College Football Playoff field. Texas, which has won four in a row, is coming off a 34-31 win over Vanderbilt on Nov. 1, while Georgia has won five consecutive games after downing Mississippi State 41-21 last Saturday. The Longhorns (7-2, 4-1 SEC), who are fifth in the conference, are 2-2 on the road this season. The Bulldogs (8-1, 6-1 SEC), who are third in the league, are 4-1 on their home field.

Kickoff from Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga., is at 7:30 p.m. ET. Texas leads the all-time series 4-3, but Georgia won both meetings last year, including 22-19 in overtime in the SEC Championship Game. The Bulldogs are 6.5-point favorites in the latest Texas vs. Georgia odds, while the over/under for total points scored is 48.5 via SportsLine consensus.
