Texas A&M vs. Ole Miss Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Texas A&M vs. Ole Miss football game
The Ole Miss Rebels and the Texas A&M Aggies are even-steven against one another since October of 2015 (3-3), but not for long. The Rebels and A&M will face off in an SEC battle at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday at Kyle Field. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W.'
Ole Miss scored first but ultimately less than the LSU Tigers in their contest last week. Ole Miss has to be aching after a bruising 45-20 defeat to LSU. This matchup was a close 20-17 at the break, but unfortunately for Ole Miss it sure didn't stay that way. QB Jaxson Dart had a pretty forgettable game, throwing one interception.
Meanwhile, the Aggies didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 30-24 to the South Carolina Gamecocks last week. The losing side was boosted by RB Devon Achane, who punched in one rushing touchdown.
Special teams collected ten points for A&M. K Randy Bond delivered a perfect 3-for-3 game.
This next game is expected to be close, with the Rebels going off at just a 2-point favorite. But bettors beware: they are only 2-4 against the spread when favored.
Ole Miss is now 7-1 while the Aggies sit at 3-4. A couple stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: Ole Miss comes into the game boasting the most rushing touchdowns in the nation at 26. But A&M ranks 19th in the nation when it comes to rushing touchdowns allowed, with only six on the season. We'll see if their defense can keep Ole Miss' running backs out of the end zone.
