Down six at the end of the first quarter, Syracuse now has the lead. They have jumped out to a 24-16 lead against Ohio.

If Syracuse keeps playing like this they'll be starting off their season with a 'W'. On the other hand, Ohio will be starting their season off on the wrong foot unless they turn things around (and fast).

The Syracuse Orange will kick their season off against they on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled at 3:30 p.m. ET at JMA Wireless Dome.

Looking back to last season, Syracuse wound up perfectly balanced, finishing 6-6. On the other hand, Ohio had a phenomenal run, finishing with a superb 9-3 record.

Going forward, Syracuse is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by 17.5 points. They finished last season with a 5-6-1 record against the spread.
