QB Landry Jones spent part of his spring break in California working with George Whitfield, a  QB coach who also trained Stanford’s Andrew Luck. Stoops said he didn’t know anything about Jones heading to California but thought it was a good idea. “Why not? You never know, you might pick up one or two things,” Stoops said.
