The Penn State Nittany Lions' homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Villanova Wildcats at noon ET Sept. 25 at Beaver Stadium. The Nittany Lions are the favorite in this one, with an expected 30.5-point (!) margin of victory.
Penn State netted a 28-20 win over the Auburn Tigers last week. Penn State QB Sean Clifford was slinging it as he passed for two TDs and 280 yards on 32 attempts.
Meanwhile, Villanova was able to grind out a solid victory over the Richmond Spiders last week, winning 34-27.
This next matchup looks promising for Penn State, who are favored by a full 30.5 points. If their 2-0 record against the spread is anything to go by, the prospects look good for bets placed on them.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 3-0. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Penn State and Villanova clash.
