Down ten at the end of last quarter, the Oregon State Beavers have now snagged the lead. After three quarters neither squad has the contest in the bag, but Oregon State leads 35-31 over the Utah Utes.
The Beavers have enjoyed the tag-team combination of RB B.J. Baylor and WR Trevon Bradford. The former has picked up 124 yards on the ground on 13 carries, while the latter has punched in one rushing touchdown in addition to snatching one receiving TD. Another playmaker for Oregon State has been TE Luke Musgrave, who returned a punt 75 yards to the end zone in the third quarter.
QB Cameron Rising has led the way so far for Utah, as he has passed for two TDs and 166 yards on 24 attempts in addition to picking up 60 yards on the ground.

What to Know
The Oregon State Beavers have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. Oregon State and the Utah Utes will face off in a Pac-12 battle at 7:30 p.m. ET Saturday at Reser Stadium. The Beavers are out to stop a six-game streak of losses at home.
Oregon State might have drawn first blood against the Washington State Cougars two weeks ago, but it was Washington State who got the last laugh. Oregon State fell to Washington State 31-24. QB Chance Nolan had a memorable game, but not in the way you want to be remembered: besides failing to produce a single touchdown, he threw two interceptions with a passing completion percentage of only 44%.
Meanwhile, Utah had a touchdown and change to spare in a 35-21 win over the Arizona State Sun Devils last week. The victory came about thanks to a strong surge after the half to overcome a 21-7 deficit. It was another big night for the Utes' QB Cameron Rising, who passed for two TDs and 247 yards on 33 attempts in addition to rushing for one TD and 59 yards.
The Beavers are expected to lose this next one by 3. Those burned by picking them against the spread two weeks ago might want to keep in mind that the squad has not yet dropped back-to-back games against the spread this season.
Oregon State and Utah now sit at an identical 4-2. A pair of defensive stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: Oregon State is stumbling into the game with the 203rd most passing yards allowed per game in the nation, having given up 276.5 on average.
