The Furman Paladins will kick their season off against they on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled at 7:00 p.m. ET at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium at Hollingsworth Field.
Keep your eye on rushing touchdowns in this one, as these two were some of the most dominant teams in that area last year. Furman were ranked 21st in the nation last season, with 24 over the course of the season. Ole Miss did well in that department too, as they were ranked 22nd with 28 in total.
Looking back to last season, Furman had a stellar season and finished 10-3. Similarly, Ole Miss also had a phenomenal run, finishing with a superb 10-2 record.
Furman is the clear underdog, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. They finished last season with an even 6-6 record against the spread.
