Northwestern have yet to string together two consecutive wins, but this may be their chance. For now, things are looking good for they.

After two games on the road, Northwestern is heading back home. They will take on the Purdue Boilermakers at 12:00 p.m. ET on Saturday. Purdue is favored, but seeing as the odds didn't stop Northwestern in their last game, maybe the team has another upset up their sleeve.
Northwestern gave up the first points last Saturday, but they didn't let that get them down. They enjoyed a cozy 24-10 win over Wisconsin.
Northwestern can attribute much of their success to Ben Bryant, who threw for 195 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a rushing scores.
Meanwhile, Purdue's four-game losing streak finally came to an end on Saturday. They strolled past Minnesota with points to spare, taking the game 49-30. The victory was just what Purdue needed coming off of a 41-13 defeat in their prior game.
Purdue's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hudson Card, who threw for 251 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Another player making a difference was Tyrone Tracy, who rushed for 122 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries.
Their wins bumped Northwestern to 5-5 and Purdue to 3-7.
Not only did both teams in this Saturday's game win their last matches, they also took care of their bettors and covered the spread. As for their next game, Purdue is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by 1.5 points. This contest will be Northwestern's fifth straight as the underdogs (so far over this stretch they are 4-0 against the spread).
