Northern Illinois vs. Tulsa Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Northern Illinois vs. Tulsa football game
The Tulsa Golden Hurricane will head out on the road to face off against the Northern Illinois Huskies at 12:00 p.m. ET on Saturday at Brigham Field at Huskie Stadium. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Saturday, Tulsa were pulverized by Oklahoma 66-17. Tulsa were in a tough position after the first half, with the score sitting at 38-14.
Meanwhile, Northern Illinois gave up the first points and the most points on Saturday evening. Their painful 35-11 defeat to Nebraska might stick with them for a while.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, the Huskies weren't very productive on the ground and finished the game with only 26 rushing yards. They were destroyed by their opponents in that department as Nebraska rushed for 224.
Tulsa are hoping to beat the odds on Saturday, as the experts think they're headed for a loss.
Tulsa skirted past Northern Illinois in their previous matchup back in September of 2022 38-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tulsa since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
