New Mexico State vs. SE Missouri State: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game

The SE Missouri State Redhawks will start their season against the New Mexico State Aggies. Kickoff is scheduled at 9:00 p.m. ET on Saturday at Aggie Memorial Stadium.

While Redhawks fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Saturday's season opener. They put the hurt on North Alabama with a sharp 37-15 victory on Saturday. The Redhawks had no problems finishing drives, scoring a touchdown on four of their five trips to the red zone.

The win snapped their losing streak at three games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-0 record. As for New Mexico State, they've got a clean slate. Last year, they had a phenomenal run, finishing with a superb 10-4 record.

Looking ahead, New Mexico State is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by 8.5 points. They finished last season with a stellar 11-3 record against the spread, so they might be worth a quick bet.

New Mexico State ought to be happy about their advantage in the spread: the team was a solid 5-1 when favored last season. Aggies fans who chose to bet on their team sure did well last year: betting $100 on them to win every game netted those bettors $1,645.67. On the other hand, SE Missouri State was 0-4 as the underdog last season.
