Nevada vs. Tulane updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Tuesday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Nevada vs. Tulane football game
The Tulane Green Wave watched the action from their couches last weekend, but are set to take to the field. They and the Nevada Wolf Pack will compete for holiday cheer in the Idaho Potato Bowl on Tuesday at Albertsons Stadium at 3:30 p.m. ET. Tulane will be strutting in after a win while the Wolf Pack will be stumbling in from a loss.
Tulane beat the Memphis Tigers 35-21 two weeks ago. It was another big night for the Green Wave's QB Michael Pratt, who passed for two TDs and 254 yards on 33 attempts in addition to punching in two rushing touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Nevada was first on the board but had to settle for second at the end of their game against the San Jose State Spartans last Friday. Nevada came up short against SJSU, falling 30-20. The Wolf Pack were up 20-7 at the end of the half but couldn't hold on to the lead. No one had a standout game offensively for Nevada, but they got scores from WR Cole Turner and RB Devonte Lee.
A couple offensive stats to keep an eye on: The Green Wave come into the matchup boasting the seventh most overall offensive touchdowns in the nation at 49. Nevada has displayed some offensive firepower of their own as they enter the contest with 325.1 passing yards per game on average, good for ninth best in the nation.
