The Louisville Cardinals were the 34-20 winners over the NC State Wolfpack when they previously met in November of 2019. On Saturday? They had no such luck. U of L lost to NC State on the road by a decisive 28-13 margin. That's the fewest points the Cardinals have scored all season.
NC State's QB Devin Leary did his thing and passed for four TDs and 317 yards on 36 attempts.

As for NC State, they will go up against the Florida State Seminoles at noon ET next Saturday at Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium. NC State is 3-2 after wins this year, and FSU is 1-3 after losses.
