Maryland vs. Indiana updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Maryland vs. Indiana football game
The Maryland Terrapins will look to defend their home field on Saturday against the Indiana Hoosiers at 3:30 p.m. ET at SECU Stadium. Maryland is out to keep their four-game home win streak alive.
Maryland entered their game on Saturday as the heavy favorite, and they fully lived up to expectations. They were the clear victor by a 31-9 margin over Michigan State.
Taulia Tagovailoa continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 223 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 37 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, it may have taken the full four quarters to finish the job, but Indiana ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They skirted past Akron 29-27. The overall outcome was as expected, but Akron made it much more of a match than the oddsmakers had predicted.
Nobody from Indiana had a standout game, but they still got scores from Christian Turner, Tayven Jackson, and Cam Camper.
Their wins bumped Maryland to 4-0 and Indiana to 2-2.
Looking ahead, Maryland is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by 14 points. This contest will be their fourth straight as the favorites (a stretch that saw them go 2-2 against the spread).
