Opposing teams have put their own spin on honoring Nebraska punter Sam Foltz this season. Tennessee has capped off that emotional season the right way.
Prior to Friday afternoon's Music City Bowl, Tennessee gave Nebraska a signed No. 27 Foltz jersey. Foltz was killed in a car accident over the summer.
