As expected, LB Mike Taylor is not participating in spring football practices, coach Bret Bielema said on Thursday. Taylor suffered a hip injury, played with the injury during the 2011 season and had surgery in mid-January after the Rose Bowl. Taylor, an All-Big Ten, first-team media honoree will return this fall.
