Kansas vs. TCU: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game

The TCU Horned Frogs are 6-1 against the Kansas Jayhawks since November of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. The Horned Frogs and Kansas will face off in a Big 12 battle at noon ET at Kivisto Field at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. TCU knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past three matchups -- so hopefully the Jayhawks like a good challenge.

Last week, TCU's offense rose to the challenge against an Oklahoma defense that boasted an average of only 17.75 points allowed. They were the clear victors by a 55-24 margin over the Oklahoma Sooners. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 41-17. QB Max Duggan was a one-man wrecking crew for TCU, passing for three TDs and 302 yards on 33 attempts in addition to rushing for two TDs and 116 yards. Duggan's 73-yard touchdown toss to WR Taye Barber in the first quarter made for one of the most memorable moments of the day.

TCU's defense was a presence as well, as it got past the Sooners' offensive line to sack the quarterback four times for a total loss of 17 yards. Leading the way was LB Dee Winters and his two sacks. Winters now has three sacks through four games.

Meanwhile, the Jayhawks sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 14-11 victory over the Iowa State Cyclones last week. No one had a standout game offensively for Kansas, but they got one touchdown from QB Jalon Daniels.

The Horned Frogs are the favorite in this one, with an expected 6.5-point margin of victory. They have been consistent moneymakers against the spread when favored (2-0), so they might be worth a quick bet.

TCU is now a perfect 4-0 while Kansas sits at 5-0. A pair of offensive stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: TCU comes into the matchup boasting the second most yards per game in the nation at 549.5. Kansas has displayed some offensive firepower of their own as they enter the game with 27 overall offensive touchdowns, good for fourth best in the nation.
