Friday College Football Playoff betting preview

These two teams met back on Nov. 15 in Tuscaloosa, and Oklahoma walked away with a 23-21 victory. The Sooners totaled just 212 yards of offense in the victory, but the defense was disruptive, recording four sacks and forcing three turnovers. Oklahoma's defense is holding opponents to just 81.4 rushing yards per game this season, which ranks fifth in college football. 

Alabama enters this matchup fresh off a 28-7 loss to the Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC Championship Game. Despite the defeat, the Crimson Tide will enter Friday's bout full of confidence, having won four of their last five games on the road. In the first matchup with the Sooners, Alabama finished with 406 total yards, including 326 through the air.
