EMU vs. PITT updates: Live NCAAF game scores, results for Thursday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Eastern Michigan vs. Pittsburgh football game
3rd Quarter Recap
The Eastern Michigan Eagles came in underdogs but currently have the Pittsburgh Panthers on Upset Alert. Sitting on a score of 27-20, EMU has looked like the better squad out there today, but there's still one more quarter to play. The teams have been moving the ball at a similar pace, but the Eagles have outgained Pitt by 98 yards.
EMU has been riding high on the performance of QB Mike Glass III, who has passed for two TDs and 258 passing yards on 40 attempts in addition to rushing for one TD and 81 yards. Near the top of the highlight reel was Glass III's 50-yard TD bomb to WR Quian Williams in the second quarter.
Both EMU and Pitt suffered losses in their previous contests, but EMU is closer to making up for it this week. At this point it looks like the Eagles might take this one, but there's still plenty of time for a reversal of fortune.
