Sophomore DT Luther Maddy has been one of the more improved players this spring. DL coach Charley Wiles says Maddy, who has good football instincts, benefits from experience. “He gives you something on first down and third down,” Wiles said. “He can rush the passer. That part of it seems to be where he has really improved.”
