Charlotte vs. Georgia State: Live updates, score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Charlotte vs. Georgia State football game
The Georgia State Panthers will take on the Charlotte 49ers at noon ET on Saturday at Jerry Richardson Stadium. Georgia State is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.
The Panthers fought the good fight in their overtime game against the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns last week but wound up with a less-than-desirable result, falling 34-31. RB Destin Coates put forth a good effort for the losing side as he rushed for one TD and 150 yards on 34 carries.
Everything went Georgia State's way against Charlotte when the teams previously met three seasons ago as they made off with a 28 to nothing win. Will Georgia State repeat their success, or does Charlotte have a better game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
