The point spread favored the Oregon Ducks on Saturday, but luck did not. Oregon didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 21-17 to the California Golden Bears. That's the fewest points the Ducks have scored all season.
No one had a standout game offensively for California, but they got scores from WR Nikko Remigio and RB Bradrick Shaw.
The losing side was boosted by RB Travis Dye, who caught two passes for 85 yards.
Oregon's overall record fell to 3-2. Finally capturing their first win of the season, California advanced to 1-3.
Oregon will take on the Washington Huskies at 3 p.m. ET next Saturday at Autzen Stadium. These teams are both seeking redemption after dropping matches that they were favored to win. As for the Golden Bears, they will go up against the Washington State Cougars at 3 p.m. ET next Saturday at Clarence D. Martin Stadium.
