The BYU Cougars' homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Idaho State Bengals at 3:30 p.m. ET Nov. 6 at LaVell Edwards Stadium. BYU should still be feeling good after a victory, while Idaho State will be looking to right the ship.
Don't be fooled by the insanely high score: we promise the Cougars and the Virginia Cavaliers were playing football. BYU enjoyed a cozy 66-49 win over Virginia last week. RB Tyler Allgeier had a dynamite game for BYU; he rushed for five TDs and 266 yards on 29 carries.
Meanwhile, the oddsmakers predicted a rough matchup for the Bengals last week, and boy were they were right. Their bruising 40-17 loss to the Weber State Wildcats might stick with them for a while.
The Cougars are now 7-2 while Idaho State sits at 1-7. BYU is 5-1 after wins this year, and Idaho State is 1-5 after losses.
