Buffalo vs. Ohio updates: Live NCAA Football game scores, results for Tuesday

Buffalo will be in front of their home fans on Tuesday, but a look at the spread shows they might need that home-field advantage. They will take on the Ohio Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Buffalo lost to Toledo on the road by a decisive 31-13 margin.

Ron Cook Jr. put forth a good effort for the losing side as he gained 132 total yards.

Meanwhile, the point spread may have favored Ohio last Saturday, but the final result did not. The matchup between Ohio and Miami of Ohio wasn't particularly close, with Ohio falling 30-16. Despite 72 more yards than Miami of Ohio, Ohio couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Kurtis Rourke, who threw for 313 yards and a touchdown.

Buffalo's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Ohio, their loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3.

In addition to losing their last games, both teams failed to cover the spread. Going forward, Ohio is the favorite in this one, as the experts expect to see them win by six points. This contest might not be the best time to bet them against the spread since they've let bettors down the last three times they've played.

Buffalo might still be hurting after the devastating 45-24 defeat they got from Ohio when the teams last played back in November of 2022. Will Buffalo have more luck at home instead of on the road?
