Boise State vs. Air Force updates: Live NCAAF game scores, results for Saturday
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Boise State vs. Air Force football game
Game Recap
The Air Force Falcons won against the Wyoming Cowboys last week with 24 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. Air Force was able to grind out a solid win over the Boise State Broncos, winning 24-17. The squad ran away with 21 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those in the second to pick up the victory.
It was another big night for the Falcons' RB Brad Roberts, who rushed for two TDs and 135 yards on 27 carries.
No one had a standout game offensively for Boise State, but they got scores from RB Andrew Van Buren and WR Stefan Cobbs.
The victory bumped Air Force's record up to 6-1. Boise State has fallen quite a ways from their 5-2 record from last season and are now 3-4.
Air Force will take on the San Diego State Aztecs at 7 p.m. ET next Saturday at Falcon Stadium. These teams both have allowed few points on average (the Falcons 16.29, San Diego State 16), so any points scored will be well earned. The Broncos will have some time to rest before their next contest, which is against the Colorado State Rams at 7 p.m. ET in two weeks at Canvas Stadium.
