Arkansas vs. Rice Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Arkansas vs. Rice football game
The Arkansas Razorbacks and the Rice Owls will face off at 2 p.m. ET Sept. 4 at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium to kick off their 2021 seasons. Last year was nothing to brag about for Arkansas (3-7), so the team is looking forward to a new start. Rice struggled last year, too, ending up 2-3.
A pair of last-season stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: The Razorbacks snagged 13 interceptions last season, the 13th most (top 10%) in the nation. But Rice collected two interceptions, good for fifth in the the nation. We'll see which of these strengths -- offense or defense -- will win out.
Arkansas is the favorite in this one, with an expected 19.5-point margin of victory. A win is hardly a sure thing, especially this early in the season, so expect a good game.
