Live scores, highlights and updates from the Arizona vs. UCLA football game
Game Recap
The UCLA Bruins decided to play defense against itself on Saturday, but the team still came out ahead despite their 85 penalty yards. They captured a comfortable 34-16 win over the Arizona Wildcats. That's another feather in the cap for UCLA, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
UCLA's RB Brittain Brown was one of the most active players for the squad, rushing for one TD and 146 yards on 12 carries. QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson had a good game, too, finishing with three touchdowns.
No one had a standout game offensively for Arizona, but they got scores from RB Michael Wiley and WR Jamarye Joiner.
The victory bumped the Bruins' record up to 4-2. The Wildcats' overall record fell to 0-5.
UCLA will hit the road for the second straight week as they head to Alaska Airlines Field at Husky Stadium at 8:30 p.m. ET next Saturday. They are 1-2 after wins this year, and the Washington Huskies are 1-1 after losses. As for Arizona, they will face off against the Colorado Buffaloes at 3:30 p.m. ET next Saturday at Folsom Field. Colorado also suffered a recent loss, falling 37-14 to the USC Trojans last week.
