Alabama vs. Louisiana-Monroe Live updates Score, results, highlights, for Saturday's NCAA Football game
Live scores, highlights and updates from the Alabama vs. Louisiana-Monroe football game
Considering their sizeable disadvantage in the spread, the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks can expect to have a real challenge on their hands on Saturday. They will square off against the Alabama Crimson Tide at 4 p.m. ET at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Louisiana-Monroe took their matchup against the Nicholls Colonels last week by a conclusive 35-7 score. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Warhawks had established a 28-7 advantage.
Meanwhile, it was all tied up 10-10 at the half for Bama and the Texas Longhorns last week, but Bama stepped up in the second half for a 20-19 win. Alabama's RB Jase McClellan was one of the most active players for the team, punching in one rushing touchdown. That touchdown -- an 81-yard rush in the first quarter -- was one of the highlights of the contest.
Their wins bumped Louisiana-Monroe to 1-1 and Bama to 2-0. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when the Warhawks and the Crimson Tide clash.
