True freshman Cameron McGriff of Oklahoma State is not afraid to try and make a statement. He did so early Wednesday against Georgetown, getting out in transition to take a pass on the break -- and throwing it down with authority with a posterizing dunk over 6-foot-5 senior Rodney Pryor.


To make matters worse for Pryor after getting jammed on, he was also called for a blocking foul that sent the 6-foot-7 McGriff to the free-throw line. Pryor seemed to be outside the restriction area, but hustled over to get set at the last minute and may have been a half-second too late.

Maybe next time it might be best to just kindly step out of the way and avoid becoming wall-art for a very happy and hoppy freshman.
