He is 8-1 with a 2.02 ERA In 11 career starts against the Royals. The SportsLine model has the final score coming in at fewer than 8.5 runs in 63.5% of its simulations, while Kalshi is offering "No" on 8.5 or more runs at $0.53 per share.

Los Angeles ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto gets back on the hill Wednesday as the two-time defending World Series champions try to finish out another series victory to start the season. The Dodgers rebounded from their first loss of the campaign by evening the series with the Guardians with a 4-1 victory on Tuesday. Yamamoto allowed five hits and two runs in an 8-2 Opening Day victory against Arizona after going 12-8 with a 0.83 WHIP last season. The SportsLine model has the Guardians keeping the game close and losing by less than 1.5 runs in 56% of its simulations. Kalshi sees about a 48% chance Cleveland will lose by less than 1.5, which means you can buy shares on "No" on L.A. to win by more than that for $0.48 per contract.    

As always, the New York Yankees have high hopes for the season, and they are off to a strong start, outscoring the Mariners and Giants 19-3 in the first five games. Cam Schlittler will be making his second start for New York on Wednesday against Seattle after giving up one hit and striking out eight in his season debut, a 3-0 victory in San Francisco. Giancarlo Stanton has started the season off red hot, with 10 hits in 20 at-bats, including a home run and two doubles, while Aaron Judge has just three hits but two homers. The model has the final score of this one totaling more than 7 runs almost 68% of the time. Kalshi has "Yes" on more than 7.5 runs being scored priced at just $0.45 per share.

The San Francisco Giants were swept by the Yankees to open the season, and now they'll try to finish off a sweep of their own against the San Diego Padres. The Giants have scored 12 runs in the first two games of the series, while San Diego has scored the same number in their first five of the season. Adrian Houser (8-5, 3.31 ERA in 2025) makes his first start of the year for the Giants against San Diego's Nick Pavetta, who allowed six runs in an 8-2 Opening Day loss to the Tigers. San Francisco is losing by less than 1.5 runs in 65% of the SportsLine model's simulations, and Kalshi is offering shares on "No" for San Diego to win by more than 1.5 for $0.62 per share.
