Week 5 NFL betting

Titans vs. Cardinals, 4:05 p.m. ET

Two former No. 1 overall picks at quarterback go head-to-head with rookie Cam Ward going against Kyler Murray, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft for the Cardinals. It's been a difficult start for Ward in the NFL, as the Titans rank last in scoring (12.8 ppg) and passing yards (123.5 yards per game), while ranking 31st in total yards (210.5 yards per game). Meanwhile, the Cardinals have the No. 6 scoring defense (18.5 ppg allowed), but rank 28th in passing yards allowed (255.5 yards per game). The Cardinals are 2-2 with the Titans 0-4 heading into this matchup in Arizona, and the Cardinals have a rest advantage after playing on Thursday Night Football last week. Arizona is favored by 7.5 points in the latest NFL odds at Fanatics Sportsbook, with an over/under set at 42 points.

Buccaneers vs. Seahawks, 4:05 p.m. ET

The Buccaneers became the latest previously undefeated team to exit a matchup with the Eagles with a loss, as Tampa Bay fell to Philadelphia, 31-25, last week. Baker Mayfield threw two more touchdowns, as he ranks tied for third in the NFL with eight touchdown passes, and Mayfield has multiple touchdowns in three of four games this year. Seattle won its third straight game, coming in a 23-20 victory over the Cardinals on Thursday Night Football, and the additional rest could benefit Seattle on Sunday. Sam Darnold continues his winning ways in a 3-1 start with Seattle after going 14-3 in the regular season with the Vikings, totaling a 17-4 record since the start of the 2024 NFL season. The Seahawks are 3.5-point favorites at home, with an over/under set at 45 points at Fanatics Sportsbook.

Patriots vs. Bills, 8:20 p.m. ET

The Buffalo Bills host the New England Patriots in an AFC East battle on Sunday Night Football. The Bills are 5-1 over their last six games against the Patriots in Buffalo. Not including last year's Week 18 matchup when the Patriots defeated the Bills, 23-16, with Josh Allen playing only one play, the Bills are 8-2 in their last 10 games overall against New England. The Bills are one of the final two undefeated teams in the NFL, and they have won each of their last three games by at least 10 points. The Patriots are coming off a 42-13 victory over the Panthers last week to improve to 2-2. The Bills are 8.5-point favorites in the latest Sunday Night Football NFL odds, with an over/under set at 48.5 points. Claim the latest Fanatics Sportsbook promo code here:
